In line with the overall creative direction of the global campaign, project was redesigned with nostalgic locations and motifs specific to Istanbul's Y2K concept. The film and photo assets of this campaign, which brought together a famous rap musician and a national athlete, were featured in all online and offline local media with an integrated marketing strategy that included conventional and digital advertising.
• Served as a freelance executive producer, managing all aspects of the project from design to final delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepared and made project presentations and ensured budget approvals for the entire campaign
• Managed casting auditions, facilitated communication, and conducted legal operations
• Brought together the necessary production teams for the pre-set-post production phases of the project and ensured that the operation was carried out to ensure compliance with the project objectives
• Although the aim of the project was the localization of the Nike global campaign, cooperation was made with the director and freelance post-production team from abroad due to the creative vision targets of the project. All team assignment, content approvals and communication processes were carried out
• Coordinated effective communication between clients and production teams, increasing project efficiency
• Monitored production teams and ensured compliance with project timelines
• Oversaw post-production processes ensuring high quality final outputs
• Successful delivery of final project files to clients, meeting all specifications and deadlines.
